Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Ministry of the Interior - Eastern Region Emirate No. 13 (3506) dated 26/4/1440, which referred to the letter of the Director General of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage in the Eastern Region No. (7005) dated (11/4/1440) on the presence of a number of promoters of tourist real estate units in commercial complexes and malls without a license.
They see that the police should stop and prevent the marketers of the timeshare system that are not licensed by the Tourism Authority by conducting inspection tours with the Authority's officials on the complexes and Centers where the marketing takes place, and addressing owners of malls and commercial centers for not allowing any entity to exercise this activity without a license and take the necessary commitment to them.
In view of the attention of His Royal Highness Prince of the Eastern Province, the directive forbids the presence of the promoters of the tourist real estate units in the complexes and commercial centers without obtaining the necessary approvals.
